What You Can Expect From Lead Appraisal:

Fast Turnaround Times: All appraisals are returned the day of or within 24 hours of the inspection. The start to finish turn time is 3 day’s or less. There is no RUSH fee when ordering with Lead Appraisal. A Market Analysis, also known as comp checks will be responded to on the same day as the request. Our priority is to take care of you so that you can keep pace in this changing market.
